I purchased an item through another retailer, how can I proceed with a return?

We do not process returns purchased through distributors. Items must be returned to the retailer where the purchase was made. If you have a problem making a return through a distributor, please contact our returns department at returns@bigbill.com for further assistance.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return or exchange

  • If the portal does not work, please email support@bigbill.com with:
    - Your order details
    - The items you wish to return
    - The reason for the return

If you need help sending your return, our customer service team will be happy to assist.

How to Send Your Return

  1. Select the items and reason for return on the packing slip.
  2. Pack the item(s) along with the packing slip.
  3. Attach the prepaid return label to the package.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier.

If you do not have your prepaid label, please contact support@bigbill.com to receive a new one.

Processing & Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 7–14 business days after arrival.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email once processed.
  • Refunds may take additional business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Important Conditions

  • Orders under $50: shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Checkout+ fees are non-refundable if items are returned.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or refund.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • Cleanliness: Items must be free from animal hair, stains, and any other marks. Returns of items that do not meet this cleanliness standard will not be accepted.

  • All returned products must be accompanied by the packing slip. Or if you lost the packing slip you need a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain your RA number, please start your return request at the top of the page, or log into your account where you can also start a return.

  • A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

Returns do take us 7-14 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. 

Guarantee & Warranty

All BIG BILL garments are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

All BIG BILL boots are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Failure of materials
  • Failure of workmanship or craftsmanship
  • Manufacturing defects discovered under normal use conditions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper care or failure to follow garment and footwear care
  • Normal wear and tear or excessive wear
  • Natural breakdown of colors or materials over time and extended use
  • Animal damage
  • Damage resulting from repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by a third party
Exceptions

Holiday return
During the Holiday season (Nov. 1st - Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th.

Promotion return
Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.

Discounts and Promotions
All discounts, promotions, offers, and coupons are valid exclusively during the promotional period. If a customer places an order outside of this period for any reason, the regular price will apply. We do not offer price matching for items purchased during a promotion, and exchanges are not available. Please refer to section Refunds of our return policy for information on refunds. 

Distributor Returns
  • Please email returns@bigbill.com to obtain your authorization number. Please provide as much detail as possible. Please include your account number, order number (PO#), style, size/span/length/dimension, color, quantity, invoice number and reason for return. 

  • All returned products must arrive in their original condition (no damage, no customization, original tags, etc...).

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned garments. For bulk returns, a 25% restocking fee applies.

  • The distributor is responsible for shipping the return.

  • We process returns within approximately 7-14 business days. To avoid delays, please make sure to include the RA form with your return. If the RA form is not included, your credit may be delayed. 

  • Sale items, custom orders and personalized clothing cannot be returned, they are final sale.
